As your bespoke is created based on the information that you share with us initially we need you to see what details we are holding to ensure it is all accurate. When you first open your account it is easy to know what information you have shared and we keep notes on conversations verbally, by text, messenger facebook and on our site on your horses file. We draw off decades to identify trends from breeding, lifestyle, competition pressures, and age to create our start point, and then it is vital that we work with you to build up a picture of how your horse or dog responds in their own unique way to key herbs and minerals. This is the information that we are now building access for you to, so you know that you have given us the full picture at all times. Getting balances and blends in the right ratios is an art of horsemanship skills, nutritional knowledge, and experience as well as us understanding the human demands/requirements. There are many occasions we see that rider and horse combination that are struggling from being over horsed, rehoming, the human ill health applying riding restrictions, new homes, extra competition pressures. This requires first-hand personal knowledge that supplements can support with. The life for most horses whose owners reach out to bespoke and more recently dogs has a team around them including trainers, farrier, vets, physio that we can work in with, we offer supplements that support the horse and rider combination. We never believe that we are a sole solution to every issue and often we will call for a clinical assessment to ensure that we are not going to be masking any underline acute issues that need vet input.
A bespoke supplement gives you the ultimate control and flexibility of your horse's daily nutrition for the very first time. Just as straight feeds were fed to horses 15-20 years ago we now have superb balanced feeds for certain types of horses, their lives and their own nutritional needs. Now we have a way of creating the finite details where we can alter protein levels, antioxidants, amino acids and other key factors for top performance and optimum well being.
