Winning 2 races the same day ON THE SAME HORSE had never been done before!!

My granddad Hugh was also the only person to have won 2 Point-to-Point races on the same day ONE THE SAME HORSE. He rode Cox's Orange in the first and last races at Cottenham back in the 50's. Now they really knew how to get a horse fit and capable ;). He was also the first farmer in the UK to use an engine fired combine harvester back in the day.

Granddad was a rock for Betty and was a clever and forward thinking businessman farmer. He gave me many pearls of wisdom including 'the proof of the pudding is in the eating'.

Well the Bespoke concept has taken off and with nearly 25k active customers in 20 different countries it's clear that after 7 years, IT'S HERE TO STAY!!

Like Hugh and Betty, I love my dogs, I owe them a great deal!! Both Jarvis and Smarty Pant's have been my shadows for over 15 years, through thick and thin. Sadly Jarvis passed last year but the memories of them together are cemented in my memory for ever. It was walking behind them in the Suffolk wildlife park over the road that my brain switched into a different mode. The sight of seeing these two JRTs loving life so much was infectious and inspiring. This pic was taken roughly 2 years ago and was around the time I came up with the idea of the Buy & Book facility. Now there are thousands of B&B customers across the UK and it's so rewarding to see the benefits being felt by so many.

I love the fact that there is so LITTLE WASTE. Folk only receive a fresh delivery when they're almost out and it arrives in resealable, biodegrade-able paper pouches. The carriage is always free and the ability to refine is there for them between deliveries FOC. Above all, the price is based on the volume used over the year so often the daily cost of feeding the supplement is almost HALVED.

Also, the stats are coming back that more than 60% of Buy & Book customers have not only renewed their B&B for that horse but have also started one or more up for other horses/dogs too :).

It's only a matter of time until other companies realize that this is common sense facility is what people want and need. Until then, we're happy to lead the way again.
