BD Satellite Camp
Sunday 27th November Satalite camp at Houghton Hall with the amazing BD Eastern Region!
British Dressage Eastern region created the highly successful satellite camps that now run every 6 weeks. These camps were as an extion to the main camp that just go so busy they could not really take any more people! So these camps were created to help riders prepare for their competitions, working in a competition environment without the time or pressure of competing, with the help of top trainers. There is a social gathering in the evening and the arena is available for riders to work in, before putting the horses to bed. In the morning everyone trains their horses and in the afternoon they compete at a higher level or at the same level to work through any issues or difficulties. In between the riding the horses are rested in the stables, whilst their owners spend time learning about the psychology of riding, techniques to help you learn your tests, nutrition, bitting and supplementation. Here Alex Gingell talks to riders about their horses and shows the riders the technical ability and quality support that Hack Up’s digital system provides their customers
“Keysoe’s main camp was a great few days” says Alex, showing Katharine Perry, Lotte Olsen and Mark Ruddock the new system on the Hack Up site after the new rules were discussed in a meeting was brilliant. Lotte Olson, Chair of BD East named the product an Eligibility Checker. Mark Ruddock tested the system and loved to see the new rules spelled out in such an easy and clear way. ‘This will make it so simple for people to make sure they are riding at the right combination level. Having a main sponsor with the skills to create such a tool is fabulous, no wonder they were winners of a prestigious Digital Entrepreneur of the Year Award this month”, said Mark Ruddock, List 1 judge, BD East Trainer and International Rider.
Over 550 people have already used the FREE tool to assess their BD level in preparation for the new rules that are effective for all shows running after the 1st December 2016.
The satellite camp this BLACK FRIDAY weekend is at Houghton Hall where we will have fun and laughs as well as learning lots.
