So just about to log in to my Hack Up account and order my bespoke supplement which I have used since 2015. As a result I have a happy horse that looks great, so another satisfied customer, but not only is your product good your customer service is outstanding. We have had a few challenges recently as unfortunately Harry suffered an injury which has meant 9 months of box rest and during the last few months of bringing him back into work we have experienced some difficulties but a massive thank you to you Alex and your team who answered my email very quickly and gave great advice. I would never hesitate to recommend you as I have every confidence in your knowledge and you do treat each horse as an individual. I see you are now offering a canine bespoke service too - fabulous!!
