Oh dear, wrong way and the bell is sounded :(

What not to do when you go the wrong way and the dreaded bell rings.....
1. Cry
2. Scream
3. Swear
4. Take it out on everyone for rest of day

What to do ....
1. Breathe
2. Smile
3. Acknowledge to judge you remember (or listen to judge re directions)
4. Calmly do the movement before where the error occurred and continue
5. Use as an opportunity to balance, gather thoughts and nail next movement
