After re locating from Dorset to Suffolk, I am very happy I discovered Tostock Old Hall. I had 3 horses at the time, and trying to find anywhere remotely near my new address, or DIY livery was proving difficult. Then I discovered Tosstock and had a very warm welcome and all 3 horses settled quickly. I have also met some wonderful people. I now just have the 2, Floyd who is a whizzy ex polo pony, and my “advanced” (😊) dressage horse Vali. I use advanced loosely as we have just competed in our first advanced mediums and got some good scores. Previous to owning Vali I had never really spent much time in the school, Floyd only really enjoys hacking…fast…. 😊 So after working on a dressage yard for a few years I thought I may like to have a bit of a go. Vali came into my life just over 2 ½ years ago, and what a ride it's been so far. We have gone from unaffiliated novice to affiliated advanced medium in that time, through sheer hard work and determination. I never see myself as a dressage rider, I wobble here and there and don't have lovely long legs, but you work with what you have! Valis' love and exuberance for his job got me hooked, and together we are doing things I never ever dreamt we would be!
