At Hack Up Bespoke we believe you should get only pure ingredients and not pay for ingredients that do not suit your horse or dog.

We price our products carefully to reflect the cost of the natural ingredients inside to pouch or pail. We don’t do free gifts but we do offer extra FREE of what you are wanting, so that we can work with you on helping you get the most bespoke and affordable way to supplement your horse.

Providing personal service is the best environmental practice. If we can get you connected to the appropriate bespoke product for your needs, you get really good value for money, we get a regular customer, the consumption of unneeded product falls and money is no longer wasted. Our biodegradable packaging also stops plastic making its way to landfill.

It’s an old fashioned idea of service that we have always practised. We listen to your needs to find out how to best support your horse or dog. This style of service fell out of use with the rise of self-sold supplements.  Personalised shopping gave way wholesalers and retailers stacking aisles of products that customers have to browse and choose from, with only as many words as can be crammed onto the packaging as the guide to which product would best suit them.

We stripped away the packaging and we put larger numbers of highly knowledgeable, experienced staff on the end of the phone. We dedicated our service to the digital world to enable a bespoke service to exist. Legislations and International manufacturing standards insist on it too.

Some time ago we costed a typical supplement.  In doing this it became obvious that the packaging and fillers was a larger part of the manufacturing cost than the active contents, and that the bottle label and lid cost twice the supplement itself.
