What are the plans for Hack Up Bespoke as a business?
Hack Up Bespoke will continue to run from our home with our horses. Our newly launched Buy and Book membership has been a phenomenal success throughout its first year.
This automatic delivery system really fits our busy lifestyles, with the added bonus of saving the £100s per year, our preservative and sugar free supplements are best fed fresh, so making an annual commitment to the bespoke formulation enables us to save you money. Built into the Buy and Book facility is the fact that customers can still refine their formulations just before each delivery, if required. To make it even more customer focused we have partnered with leading brands such as Kevin Bacon to offer extra ‘Alex Additions’ to be popped into their FREE delivery box.
The Buy and Book membership has pushed our technical team to their limits. Now all the features are functioning and proven on our live site it is time to step it up again. Our third, in five years, state of the art bespoke website is currently in-build to make all of these features as easy as possible to navigate through from our phones. This rebuild will play its part in helping us defend our two year awards winning status up against high street names such as Very.co.uk and Stanstead airport at the highly prestigious Digital Entrepreneur Awards in London.
We are in the final stages of gaining International accreditation ISO9001 for our quality, sales service and systems, a first in the whole equine supplement industry. The inspectors were ‘bowled over’ with how we create a hand made product in 3 minuets with full traceability and quality standards built in.
It is an exciting period in a business lifecycle to get to year 5 and be able to acknowledge that our once unique, innovative digital bespoke concept has now come of age, has its own legs and has boomed into quite an incredible company with a wonderful team.
