Hack Up have become the first ever equine business to be selected for the finals of the prestigious Digital Entrepreneur of the Year awards, to be held at the iconic location of the Place Hotel in Manchester on the Nov 9th 2016. These awards have been rewarding excellence of thinking for over 12 years and are the most prestigious digital awards in the UK.

Hack Up Ltd is one of just 6 finalists in the Online Retailer of the Year category from 50 high quality nominations. Other finalists include London and  Beverley Hills based FitnessGenes, Big Furniture Warehouse in Lancashire and award winning Master of Malt.

“It is a complete honor to be recognized by such high profile CEO’s on the judging panel and make these finals!  We have been up against multimillion pound, multinational companies.  The equine world is a small niche industry compared to the other finalists and to be positioned against such big business is recognition enough! ” Said Jayne Gingell, Marketing Director of Hack Up Ltd

Lawrence Jones, CEO of UKFast and award judge said: “It is incredible to see such extraordinary results in an industry that you would not usually associate with technology or the internet. Hack Up and Jayne have harnessed the power of automation and a fast website to create a completely unique experience for horse owners.”

“I have taken what I have been doing for many years for horse owners and then it has been automated and maximized by the power of the internet and the bespoke built website that is developed on a daily basis” said Alex Gingell Managing Director of Hack Up Ltd. “We then wrapped this into a 360 degree digital campaign using Horse and Hound’s new website and face book as a corner stone of the digital campaign” added Jayne Gingell MD of Fizz Equine Marketing ltd, who create and drive the digital campaign and site on a daily basis.
