ISO accrediation 3rd year running

The remote audit was tougher than a physical one, but with dedication and experience, our team passed every section with flying colours.

We are delighted to announce independent recognition of our commitment to managing our business, products and customer relationships with the award of ISO 9001:215 for the third year running.

What does this mean for you?

In the official terminology, IS9001:2015 accreditation demonstrates that the management governance, systems, policies and procedures we employ as an organisation in the delivery of our software and services give due attention, consideration, and focus to quality and statutory/regulatory requirements on behalf of our customers and stakeholders.

In other words, it is independent recognition of our integrity. Whether on the quality of our products and services or the way we handle sensitive customer data, you don’t only have to take our word for it.

ISO 9001 certification is earned through a rigorous independent audit process involving extensive scrutiny of the way a business operates, including all functions, products, services and processes.

At a time of increasing regulatory oversight for our sector – focusing especially on finance sales and customer data – demonstrating absolute integrity is a non-negotiable facet of our work.

Jayne Gingell Operations and Marketing Director of Hack Up Bespoke Ltd  said: “Businesses do not have to subject themselves to the disruption of a detailed audit of all that they do. But we invested in achieving ISO 9001:2015 because it provides another layer of confidence for our customers.

“It also reinforces the strong pride in our own team, to know that we are getting it right in every aspect of our business and serving the most important people of all – our customers –  with total quality and absolute integrity.”
