January 2019 saw the first Horse and Hound press hit about our new biodegradable packing. January 2020 we feature in Equestrian Business as the only supplement company that has overcome all the legislation issues associated with reduced waste.
Anything that looks ethical or easy has usually required lots of energy and effort to achieve. Our drive and passion for sustainability is from the heart, not just in the business.
At the heart of everything Bespoke focuses on care and consideration. What touches our heart in return is the customers who feel it and join us on our journey.
This month a cancer nurse who has her degree in complementary herbs reached out to us after insisting her vet carried out field surgery on her dying horse as a high-risk attempt to save her life! It was not a normal call at all. Beverley stated that she knew the risk on the horse's delicate digestion, so she reached out to us for a bespoke complimentary product. "I took total accountability for my horse, she was less than 1 hour away from death yet she had been fine in the morning. It was only by chance I popped back to find my horse in distress and realised it was an emergency. My vet was amazing as we had no time to get to the hospital.
