Hack Up Bespoke - trying to do the right thing.
We'll keep our cool throughout these trying times.
As we move into this phase of the pandemic, I have 4 KEY priorities for Hack Up Bespoke.
1. To keep the service levels and product levels of our core bespoke business sky high.
2. To keep the brilliant team of staff that we have in a job, weathering any peaks and troughs.
3. The deliver for customers new product (inc PPE) that are clearly in demand.
4. To be fair, honest and transparent with everything that we do, at all times.
Hack up customers are all very aware we didn't sell hand sanitiser in February.
We had hundreds of forward orders in March for the 500ml pouch size that we delivered in March. The most the 500ml pouch was ever sold for was £15.99, which then dropped to £12.99 when the government took Vat off PPE. The 5ltr size was only available for us to sell a week ago, and the price dropped by £10 then by £20 as the couriers decided that they would let us distribute it over the UK (previously only 1.5ltrs at a time as 75% alcohol).
So the increase in volume coupled with the less man hours per litre than filling the pouch (as was fiddly) meant the price to us would drop further so our RP was (£109.99 to £99.99 to £89.99). There was a short time lag in the price drop that was overlooked, but would have happened anyway.
Anyone who knows Hack Up Bespoke and what we do, will know that we always have the very best intentions for our customers.
