5 years on, the numbers of enquiries for preventative joint bespoke formulas has exploded. In fact, the average age of horses/ponies turning to us for Joint formulas has halved over the last year from 2013. Now whether this is because they’ve seen/felt the benefits of tailor made supplements on one of their animals in the past or simply the fact that they’ve has time to rationalize the logic of the bespoke concept, we’ll never really know.

The thing that we can assume correctly is that the level of trust that people have in our formulas, our service and our company ethos, has shot up. Often we get a stream of horse, pony and dog enquiries in a row (sometimes 10 or more) from the same person as they decide to switch over entirely to Hack Up Bespoke. They realize that we know every horse is different and needs his/her own tailor made formula, and that we're the only company that can cater for this, whether for joints, digestion, calmness, condition, moods, circulation ... and so on.

Far from resting on our laurels, this stimulates the whole team to keep on driving our ‘Better Never Stops’ campaign.
