Benny has responded very well to the AI/Joint Supplement and the customer service is amazing. When my last delivery was unfortunately damaged when it was delivered, they called me on a Sunday and replaced it without a quibble.

Hi Alex, I've been meaning to send you a thank you for excellent customer service recently. I ordered a Joint AI supplement for Benny. I was on the 50% free offer so went for 2kg got 3kg! I've been getting your supplements for nearly 2 years now - unfortunately with this one the delivery company must've dropped it & the container in the box was smashed. Your company was amazing and didn't quibble at all about replacing without charge, and someone even called me on a Sunday to sort it out! Benny has responded very well to the supplement so far - seems much sounder than he has been for a while - he even slipped & fell on the road recently (car driver ðŸ™„) but he seems ok even following that ðŸ˜….
