Pleasure rides are now enjoyable thanks to bespoke!

‘This is handsome Harry, we’ve been together for four years. The first 9 months went well, then I broke my hand. It all went downhill from there.
Harry had been a little temperamental at times, his previous owner had told me to keep him sugar free. But the combination of being off work and limited grazing meant that when he came back into work it was like riding a fire breathing dragon. He could not come down from anything that stressed him. Long story short, back discomfort and digestive issues which we couldn’t get under control and then the bucking came. One off rodeo that was impossible to sit. I moved Harry during covid and when out in a herd with plenty of grass his digestive issues went but bringing him back under saddle was the next challenge he just was not happy.
So on by a year and Harry is much happier but we have still faced the excitement issues! When it turns on it’s hard to turn off and this has stopped us from progressing to more exciting things. We have used hack up for powder supplements for some time so I thought we’d try instant calm.
Well honestly I can’t believe it. I don’t feed all the time because you couldn’t ask for a nicer horse to handle, so I’ve been doing as we go along. I use rather more than it says on the tin, but so far this has had an amazing effect. We went on a pleasure ride yesterday and rather than worry that he might take of it leap around and jog the whole way round, we had in hand canter and relaxed walk and trot over all terrain. Smashed it….I even nearly did a jump - that’ll be our next step!!! Can’t wait - thank you Hack up for giving me my pony back!!’
