Out riding for pleasure and picking up rosettes!

My Hackup experience began when it was recommended to me by several people. My own horse, Olli, has been diagnosed with stiffness in the coffin joints. We had tried various treatments but none seemed to help for long. So I tried Hackup. He was only 13 and I wasn't prepared to give up on him. Four years on and we are still going. He now has arthritis in all four legs but remains happy and full of beans. I manage his condition with the use of Hackup joint and anti inflammatory supplements. He loves trips to the forest where the surface suits him well. In fact we recently did out first ever pleasure ride with some friends and earnt a well deserved rosette. Think my smile says it all! I've been at Tostock Old Hall for the last 8 years. Olli and I are very happy and settled there. I love the laid back atmosphere and all the friends I've made. Marie is always on hand to give advice and help when needed. And I have needed a lot of advice over the years! We are lucky to have off road tracks for nervous riders like me, but we can also easily hack around the quiet roads nearby. Alison Harman
