MSM

Bio available sulphur that promotes normal circulation and assists with joint function as a result.

MSM was discovered by Dr Robert Herschler and stands for methylsulfonylmethane and it is a natural sulpur containing organic compound. It is the purest and most bio-available form of sulphur. It is a white crystalline powder.

Naturally MSM is stored in every cell of the body. It is an important component of proteins, collagen, keratin, hormones and enzymes. MSM is an anti-oxidant that mops up free radicals.  It is present in milk, raw vegetables, eggs and fish but is lost through cooking and food processing.  There is a particularly high concentration in cabbage and pine trees.

MSM  is an excellent  source of sulphur for horses and many horses owners feed it everyday as it is known to help circulation and it is an important element in positively supporting connective tissue.
