Different ingredients, take up different amounts of space.

The bespoke products are made up of varying ingrediants, all taking up different amounts of space in your tub.  If your product does not fill  your tub to the top, please do not feel that you are being denied the volume you order, as they are all created by weight, on calibrated scales, so be assured that you will never be short changed.  Thank you to Mrs HP for asking this thought provoking question, we have a CAP on the way to you as a thank you.
